Perfect Stay for Accessibility Needs

I truly appreciated the accessible ground floor layout that made it easy for my mum. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the full English with fresh ingredients. Don’t miss the bar’s friendly staff. they made our stay memorable. Consider rooms with connecting doors for added convenience!

We had a lovely two-night stay, especially enjoying the fantastic three-course dinner and a remarkably restful sleep. The upgraded room was cozy, but we didn't find proper fresh coffee at breakfast.

the staff were super friendly and made u feel welcome right away. the room was clean n comfy enough for what we needed. liked the location since it was easy to get around. had a nice breakfast with plenty of options, and the lady at the front desk remembered us from the last time which was really sweet!

the decor was kinda tired and could use a refresh. also, the pillows were not comfy at all, made it hard 2 sleep well.

We enjoyed our stay here, with friendly staff making everyone feel welcome. The children loved the comfortable family room and the tasty breakfast options, providing a great start to our day. The only downside was the tired decor, but it didn’t impact our overall experience.

Great for Business Trips

Just stayed for 2 nights for work. The room was modern and super clean. WiFi was spot on! Had dinner at the bar both nights, and the food was tasty and not too pricey. Only bummer was that the decor felt a bit outdated, but it didn’t bother us too much. Staff were all really friendly.

Decent stay before surgery

We stayed for a night as I had surgery nearby. Room was comfy and clean, and the check-in was super friendly. The bar/lounge area was cozy for a quick drink. Only thing was it took a while to find the car park since it's sort of in an industrial area. But overall a solid choice for us!

The staff here were AMAZING! They really made us feel at home. 😊 The location is also excellent, but I wish the pillows were a bit more comfy since they were flat.
